Immich has rolled out v3.2.2, a minor patch that resolves an issue with the face reassignment feature. Previously, when users reassigned a face in their library, the system could also match and alter faces belonging to other users. This update ensures the feature only considers faces owned by the person doing the reassignment, preventing cross-user interference and keeping photo tagging accurate for each account.
This release is a targeted bug fix and does not introduce new features. Self-hosted users can update to v3.2.2 to benefit from the corrected behavior without any configuration changes, moving from the previous v3.2.1.
