n8n version 2.39.5, released on September 14, 2026, fixes an issue in the editor that prevented some users from revoking their end-user credentials. This bug could have left credentials active longer than intended, but the update restores the ability to revoke them normally.
The release also adds log streaming events for instance reports in the core platform. Self-hosted users can now route these events through existing log streaming integrations, improving monitoring and audit capabilities for their n8n instance.
