Home Assistant Core has released a fresh set of updates, focusing on squashing bugs and refining existing integrations. The frontend sees a bump to version 20260729.3, incorporating the latest minor enhancements and fixes.
Several notable bugs have been addressed: Music Assistant now correctly returns results when searching within a specific artist and no longer mistakenly limits queries to radio-only. The LG webOS TV integration no longer reports an assumed state when the television is off, providing more accurate status. MQTT IR signal handling has been improved to silently ignore empty JSON payloads instead of causing errors. Additionally, the Integral integration’s configuration flow no longer suffers from an empty selector, and race conditions related to via_device in the izone and ouman_eh_800 integrations have been resolved.
On the improvement front, a new slugify command is available over the WebSocket interface, and Lyngdorf audio devices will now log unrecognized SSDP model names for better diagnostic visibility. The via_device attribute has been removed from the Acmeda integration. Behind the scenes, several underlying libraries have been updated, including afsapi to 1.0.2, aiohue to 4.9.0, and pyportainer to 1.0.43, while the unit of measurement for the serial_pm sensor has been corrected.
